For the windows to be compatible with the buildings, they must respect and be in harmony with the architectural character for the building. The windows must meet the approval and requirements of State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO), Commission of Fine Arts (CFA), National Capital Planning Commission (NCPC). Also, the windows for Fillmore-Hardy Art Center must meet the approval and requirements of the Georgetown Rreview Board. Type of contract resulting from this acquisition is Firm Fixed Price.
