The work consists of furnishing all labor, tools, equipment, materials and transportation necessary to raise the roof of the boathouse at USCG Station Destin, Florida. The project includes removing the existing roof, selected demolition of the existing concrete structure. Extension of the existing concrete frame with new stub columns and perimeter concrete beams, construction of a new wood truss roof, asphalt roofing and miscellaneous electrical work to raise existing electrical work to the underside of the new, raised, roof. Also included is raising the boat hoist beam and relocation of the existing roof vent. The completion of this project shall include all incidental related work. There is a $20.00 charge for this bid package. All bid requests must be submitted in writing with a check made out to the U. S. Coast Guard. The estimated price range is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. Bid quarantee, payment and performance bonds are required. This solicitation is being issued pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program and is open to both small and large businesses participation.
