This solicitation invites proposals for the modification to an existing pre-engineered metal building, located at 2450 Ivy St., Pendley Industrial Park, Cumming, GA, containing approx. 21,500 sq. ft. inorder to make it adequate for use as a USPS Carrier Annex. Work includes, but is not limited to steel frame construction, concrete, masonry, carpentry, modified bitumen roofing, insulation, hollow metal doors, metal studs, gyp board, ceramic tile, resilient flooring, vinyl composition tile flooring, carpet, painting, store fixtures, landscaping, electrical, mechanical, utilities and other work associated with postal facilities. The estimated cost for this project is between $1,900,000 and $2,300,000. In accordance with Section H, Paragraph H.20, the minority-owned business subcontracting goal for this contract is a minimum of 10% and women-owned business subcontracting goal is 7%.
