Equipment shall be provided in accordance with Solicitation No. 69D-344-00. The equipment must be portable, use a shockwave producing generator based on "spark gap" technology, and have a wider hemi elliptical reflector so that patients can be treated anesthesia free. Requests for hardcopy solicitations must be in writing to the Contracting Officer and must be accompanied by a non-refundable check for $10.00 made out to the US Dept of Veterans Affairs.
