Must meet the following specifications: Accept ANSI, Ecktamate and M-type cartridges, 2.5 mil or 5 mil film, 1 level, 2 level, or 3 level blipped film, read Kodak Image Management Code, A or B channel blip searching, film. Must have film transport of up to 20' per second forward and backard, scan images front and back, scan with 7300 pixels. All image processing must be done by PC software, output gray scale or bi-tonal images, output TIFF group IV or JPEG images, scan 40x images at 290 bpi, infinite zoom capability, include GUI interface, image scaling capability, run on Windows 95, 98 or WinNT. Shipping must be FOB Destination, Atlanta, GA. This procurement is a small business set-aside and will follow both commercial and simplified acquisition procedures.
