HQ AFCA/TCIA requirement is for Frequency Conversion Modules for WLAN. Lucent Technologies will provide modifications to the existing wireless local area network components to meet unique military requirements to include frequency agility and security. Lucent is the manufacturer of the equipment and maintains proprietary rights on all circuitry. Any modifications to the existing system must be made by Lucent Technologies.
