The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to issue a cost plus fixed fee delivery order under NAVAIR Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) Number N00019-98-G-0084 for the procurement of an outer wing panel fatigue test for extending the operational life of the F-14 aircraft. This effort will also require the delivery of technical data associated with the fatigue test. NAVAIR intends to negotiate this delivery order on a sole source basis with Northrop Grumman Corporation MASD Baltimore Site, P.O. Box 1693, M/S 1654, Baltimore, MD 21203-1693. Northrop Grumman Corporation is the only firm with the facilities, knowledge, experience and technical data necessary to fulfill this requirement.
