This solicitation will be 100% set-aside for small business. The high tech contractor must provide a global presence in all facets of Data Systems Engineering and multi-agency Operations Support. Additional capabilities in Information Operations, Information Security and the Internet are also required. A secret facility clearance with DOD is required. It is anticipated these services will be required on a nationwide basis.
