The government intends to procure on a competitive basis an order for Repair/Replacement of Air Handling System in accordance with the following Statement of Work: 1. Air handling system is located in Room 44 (for Room 42) and Room 48 (for Room 45) in Bldg 560N, SSC-SD. 2. Repair must include replacement of existing water coils and repair of the duct work in the two air handlers. 3. Repair must include installation of a humidification system which controls relative humidity in Rooms 42 and 45 to plus or minus 2% in the range of 40% to 60% relative humidity. 4. Humidification system and repairs must operate with existing temperature control system to allow for control of temperature to within plus or minus 2 F in the temperature range of 55 F to 85 F. 5. Repair must include removal of existing HEPA filters and replacement with FARR 99.99% HEPA filters for Class 1000 clean room use. 6. Work must be performed during normal work hours: 0715-1645 M-F. 7. Travel: Local travel authorized. 10. Work location is a non-secure area. No RFQ will be prepared or made available for distribution.
