The Office of Federal Housing Enterprise Oversight (OFHEO) requires assistance in testing and validating a large and complex financial simulation model. This model will generate the cash flows of a large variety of financial instruments and other balance sheet and off balance sheet items under a variety of underlying interest rate scenarios and other economic specifications. Work will be conducted in part with Federal employees on-site in Washington, DC, particularly at the beginning of the assignment. Work on this requirement will commence not later than October 15, 2000. The contract will be for a period of up to one year, with the possibility of renewal.
