Also included is the addition and modification of branch circuits All work is to be done in compliance per the current (1999) National Electric Code. In additon the contractor shall provide all labor, equipment and material (except Government furnished) necessary to remove existing equipment from the warehouse roof, remove roof covering, repair/replace damaged steel roof panels, re-roof with foam roofing, reinstall Government furnished coolers. Rerouting of water supply and drain piping is required as well as proving electrical hookups per the current National Codes. All responsible bidders will be considered. Estimated cost of the project is between $250,000 and $500,000. All work shall be completed within 180 days of notice to proceed. Place of work is in Phoenix, Arizona in Maricopa County Arizona.
