Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment and supervision to correct sanitary system storm water infiltration. The work includes, but is not limited to, the removal and replacement of existing, deteriorated terracotta or cast iron sewer piping, the demolition and reconstruction of existing sewer manholes and other similar measures required to upgrade the Fort Detrick, Maryland sewer system and to eliminate any cross connections between sewer and storm drain systems. Solicitation number DAMD17-00-B-0015 will be issued on or about 1 September 2000 and bid opening will be on or about 22 September 2000.
