Construction of new maintenance tower to include earthwork, dewatering, reinforced concrete foundation, galvanized steel structure, fall-protection system, and electrical grounding system. Project to be completed in two Phases. Phase 1 period of performance is 30 calendar days after Notice to Proceed is issued. NTP for Phase 2 will be issued 30 calendar days after completion of Phase 1. The period of performance for Phase 2 is 270 calendar days after Notice to Proceed is issued. Solicitation issue date of 15 AUG 00 and closing date of 13 SEP 00 are tentative. The applicable SIC Code and size standard for this acquisition are 1623/$27.5M.
