The work also consists of the abandonment of the current storm sewer and appurtenances, and the removal and replacement of concrete in the area of construction. The work also includes the fill, grading and sod replacement of the area immediately adjacent to Building 301 to provide positive drainage away from the building. The estimated performance period is approximately 150 days. A site visit has been scheduled for 28 Aug 00 at 9:00 A.M. (Central Time).
