The Navy intends to solicit and negotiate a contract on a competitive basis to acquire Projector Resonator Assemblies, 1700 each, in support of the AN/BSY-1 HF Upgrade of the Large Sail Array and the NSSN High Frequency Sail Array (HFSA). Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) 3679 applies to this procurement. The Projector Resonator Assembly consists of a bias bolt, radiating head, ceramic cylinder, nodal ring, tail washer, tail nut, and an electrode. These assemblies transmit acoustic data used by the HFSA. The items shall be manufactured in accordance with Navy drawings. Prospective offerors must request the drawings via email furnishing complete address. One drawing is classified "Confidential"; therefore, a confidential or higher clearance level is required to receive that drawing. Final inspection and acceptance will be conducted at source by DCMC. Delivery is required FOB origin with 350 each due 120 days after contract award and 350 each due every six weeks thereafter until complete.
