DESC: Brooke Army Center, Fort Sam Houston, TX has a requirement for eleven (11) Tri-Anim BIPAP Ventilation Complete Systems to include part numbers 73-332497, 73-522059, 73-582064, 73-582070, 799-B34102, 799-TED191 and 81-3001-08. Vendor is required to provide two (2) complete sets of the operators manual and the service manual with the delivery of the equipment. The system shall be brand name or equal and shall be FDA approved. The contracting officer may request proof of FDA certification. This procurement is being conducted as a commercial item acquisition in accordance with FAR Part 12. Request for the RFQ must be in writing and reference the RFQ number DADA09-00-T-0365.
