This solicitation is full and open. This will be procured as commercial equipment, subject to Federal Acquisition Requlations Part 12 and must be available to the general public. The Standard Industrial Code is 3826 with 500 employees. The machines will be utilized to determine composites of elements. The machines must withstand adverse environments such as humidity, heat, dust, and cold, and quick movements to the maximum extend possible. The machine must be portable in nature to withstand being moved to and from a mobile laboratory van and be able to sit on a benchtop workspace that is 18" in depth.
