The Veterans Administration intends to purchase one Molecular Imager FX/PC, 100/240V and accessories. These items are being procured for the VA Medical Center in Brockton, MA. BI0-RAD is the only known source of supply for these items. The Government intends to acquire from one source of supply under the authority of 41 U.S.C.253(c)(1). This is not a request for proposal and there is no solicitation available at this time. The Government reserves the right to solicit bids/proposals based on receipt of affirmative responses to this notice or issue an order to BIO-RAD, whichever is determined to be most advantageous to the Government, without further notice.
