This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and is being issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ) and a written solicitation will not be issued. RFQ N00600-00-Q-2623 is hereby issued as a Request for Quotation. The Request for Quotation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-15. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 2721. The Request for Quotation package will be issued on or about August 17, 2000 with quotes due within 30 calendar days.
