This is a synopsis for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This is only an announcement; proposals are to be requested and a written solicitation will be issued. Solicitation Number M00681-00-T-0512 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This is issued as small business set-aside procurement. The Standard Industrial Code is 8731 and the maximum number of employees is 500. This requirement is for a firm fixed price contract with a base year and four option years to provide data on the status of the endangered tidewater goby aboard Marine Corps Base, Camp Pendleton, California 92055. Any contract awarded as a result of this solicitation will be a DO rated order certified for National Defense use under the Defense Priorities and Allocations System.
