This acquisition is for a firm-fixed priced contract to provide SCHEDULER Software systems Maintenance for 50 copies to systems located at the Defense Enterprise Computing Centers (DECC)and/or Detachments at San Antonio, Oklahoma City, Ogden, Montgomery, Maasland AB, Netherlands and Ramstein AB, Germany. Software and Management Associate's Inc. is the original software distributor and controls the copyright to software distribution and code for the SCHEDULER software. The software is proprietary and protected by copyright laws. Any party interested in receiving a copy of the solicitation shall provide written notice to the Contracting Office. No contract award will be made on the basis of quotations/proposals received in response to this notice, since this synopsis cannot be considered a Request for Quotation/Proposal.
