The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking concerns having the ability to provide Residential Community Sanctions Center Services for male federal offenders held under various United States statutes. Services required include subsistence, care, custody, control, accountability, and treatment to include furnishing medical and dental treatment. The services for Community Sanctions Center shall be performed in accordance with the Federal Bureau of Prisons Statement of Work, Comprehensive Sanctions Center, 2000. The place of performance must be within on of the following counties in the state of Michigan: Wayne, Oakland, Macomb, or Washtenaw. An Indefinite Quantity Type contract with a one(1) year base period and four(4) one(1) year option periods is anticipated. The estimated number of inmate days for the base period are 4,745 minimum/18,250 maximum, option year one -- 4,745 minimum/18,250 maximum, option year two -- 4,745 minimum/18,300 maximum, option year three -- 4,745 minimum/18,250 maximum and option year four -- 4,745 minimum/18,250 maximum.
