Lane, Contract Specialist, (703)632-4639 and Fax No.(703)632-4648 The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is requesting quotations to negotiate for the continued support and maintenance of the Customized Delta 1000 Security and FS20 Fire Alarm Systems with a Y2K Upgrade located at Fort Monmouth, New Jersey. Maintenance is 24 hours per day, 7 days a week. The Maintenance Contract will be for one (1) base year, with four (4) one year option years. The Maintenance contract is based upon the availability of Fiscal Year Funding. The FBI contemplates the award of a firm-fixed price contract as a result of ths Request for Quotation (RFQ). The estimated RFQ release date for specifications and contract documents is August 15, 2000. All requests for quotation packages must be in writing, including company name, contact person, telephone and facsimile numbers and street mailing address. Requests must also reference RFQ Number 7286. Mailed quotations must be postmarked, no later than five (5) calendar days prior to the RFQ closing date of August 29, 2000. The contractor awarded the resultant contract shall be subject to background investigations on its company and all individuals assigned to this project, the scope of which will be determined by the FBI. All responses to this RFQ will be sent to the FBI Academy, Laboratory and Constructions Contracts Unit, CMT Trailers, Quantico, Virginia 22135, and marked to the attention of Mr. Bryan V.
