The Marine Corps Logistics Base (MCLB), Albany, GA has a requirement for a contractor to provide labor, equipment, material, transportation (to and from the Government facility) required to perform Condition Inspections/Repairs of the P & H Cranes, Model, High Speed High Mobility Crane (HSHMC) that are in the Marine Corps inventory. These Truck Mounted Cranes have not been in regular use for a period of at least two years and require inspection and repair before being placed in service. This crane is a truck mounted, rubber tired, diesel engine driven, hydraulic boom crane rated at 25 tons lift capability. There are approximately 15 cranes located at Albany GA and 16 cranes at Barstow CA for a total of approximately 31 cranes. Vehicles are available for Condition Inspection at either location. If this form is not used, Contractor should submit a copy of the Condition Inspection Report they intend to use. All responsible, qualifying sources may submit an offer, which will be considered.
