This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is F31610-00-Q0414 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-16. The Standard Classification Code (SIC) is 1795 (for coding purposes only) and the small business size standard is $7.0 Million for this acquisition. The estimated dollar value of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. This action will be pursued on an unrestricted basis. This procurement consists of furnishing all plant, labor, equipment and material, and performing all work necessary to complete the Building Demolition, Bldg 2502 project at Seymour Johnson AFB, NC. The work involved includes, but is not limited to, the demolition of the building, including foundation, site utilities and pavements as indicated. Other work consists of abating asbestos containing materials (ACM) and providing topsoil finish grading and landscaping and grassing to restore site. The following provisions apply to this acquisition: FAR 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors _ Commercial; FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation _ Commercial Items, the Government will award a purchase order resulting from this combined synopsis/solicitation to the responsible offer whose proposal, conforming to this synopsis/solicitation, will offer the best value to the Government, price, and other factors considered.
