and Human Services, Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services
Administration (SAMHSA), Center for Substance Abuse Treatment (CSAT)
plans to award a sole source simplified acquisition to Dr. Seddon
Savage, Bradford, New Hampshire. The proposed contractor shall plan a
primary care office-based treatment network for opioid addiction that
will meet the clinical and rehabilitation needs of individuals with
opioid addiction in New Hampshire and will serve as a national model of
office-based opioid agonist therapy. The proposed contract action is
for supplies or services for which the government intends to solicit
and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302-1.
Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to
respond to the requirement or submit proposals. No solicitation will be
issued. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed
contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the
discretion of the government. Information received will normally be
considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a
