Interested sources are sought for administrative and facilities related support services at NAVSEA Corona, Warfare Assessment Center located at Corona, CA. The services, which are currently provided by Government personnel, were announced for commercial activity cost comparison study in accordance with OMB Circular A-76. Support services include: centralized visual information (multimedia), administrative support (administrative, clerical, budget & travel), and facilities operation and maintenance services. It is anticipated that the contract type will be firm-fixed price with award fee provisions. The contract will consist of a one month phase in, a base year, and four option years. Performance is estimated to begin in January 2001. Interested parties are invited to access, review, and comment, on the Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) which will be located on the FISC San Diego web page (http://www.sd.fisc.navy.mil). Interested parties are reminded that the contract start date and the Draft Performance Work Statement are subject to revision both prior to and during the solicitation.
