Starnes, on the basis of other than full and open competition. The purpose of the project is to provide technical support services in the areas of advocacy relations, speech writing for various events, including faith based activities, conference room dedications and other duties that are instrumental in promoting the understanding and importance of child support in the ACF efforts to strengthen America's families. This procurement action will use Simplified Acquisition Procedures in FAR Part 13 and Part 15. The anticipated period of performance for this effort is approximately six (6) months.
