The Program Support Center on behalf of the Center for Mental Health Services (CMHS) intends to award a simplified acquisition on a sole source basis to The National Association of State Mental Health Program Directors (NASMHPD) Alexandria, Virginia. The basis for this requirement is: The contractor will collaborate with NASADAD to identify and document exemplary programs that deliver integrated mental health and substance abuse treatment services to persons with co-occurring disorders by securing and using multiple sources of funds. The contractor shall 1)conduct surveys of state mental health and drug abuse authorities, 2) select and conduct case studies of six to ten programs approved by the government project officer and 3)review and assess case studies. The proposed simplified acquisition is for services for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302-1. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to thisrequirement or submit proposals. No solicitation will be issued.
