SPAWARSYSCEN, Charleston intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Production Integration and Test Services, Management Support, and System Engineering Development Services for the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center (SPAWARSYSCEN) Charleston and it's customers. The described services are in support of Department of Defense (DoD) and non DoD organizations whose ships, aircraft, automotive vehicles, special purpose craft, and shore based facilities utilize Information Warfare Exploitation Systems designed, integrated and provided to these customers. This contract will be staffed with experienced personnel possessing security clearances, e.g., Top Secret (TS), with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), commensurate with the respective SPAWARSYSENGCEN Charleston tasking requirements. It is anticipated that this action will result in multiple awards of cost plus fixed fee, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity, level of effort and completion type delivery/task order contracts. These contracts will have a base period of one year with options provision for two (2) one year option period. All responsible sources may submit a proposal under which shall be considered by the agency in response to this solicitation.
