A five year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract with cost-plus-fixed fee provisions is anticipated. Proposals will be solicited under full and open competition. The estimated level of effort is 647,800 hours. Award will be made based on Best Value award criteria with Personnel, Past Performance, and Cost as evaluation factors.
