The Army Atlanta Contracting Center (AACC), Fort McPherson, Georgia, is planning to issue a Request for Quote for Landscaping Services for Fort McPherson, Fort Gillem, the U.S. Army Recreation Area Lake Allatoona and Army Reserve facilities in the Metro-Atlanta area; all located in the State of Georgia. The contractor shall provide all work materials, supplies, parts (to include system components), plants, supervision, labor and equipment, except when specified as government furnished, to perform landscaping projects in strict accordance with the terms and conditions of the Statement of Work attached to each task order issued. The resulting contract will be a firm fixed priced Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Contract, base period of 12 months with four one-year options. Guaranteed minimum for base period is $25,000.00. The estimated contract total for base is $2,000,000.00. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 0782. The solicitation will be issued utilizing FAR Part 12, Policies for the Acquisition of Commercial Items; and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
