The VA has obtained an Assignable Option to Purchase approximately 9.00 acres from the land owner. The site is located at the northeast corner of 65th Drive and Avenue L, with frontage on Avenue Q Drive. The Option to Purchase will be assigned to the successful offeror at the time of award. The successful offeror will be required to construct a clinic facility on this site with a maximum of 36,000 occupiable square feet based upon the specifications, special requirements, and conceptual floor plan contained in the Solicitation for Offers (SFO). 180 on-site parking spaces are also required by the VA. The VA will lease the facility for a period not to exceed 20 years.
