This acquisition is 100% Small Business Set-Aside and only offers from small business concerns which may qualify under the size standards in this solicitation will be accepted. Offers received from concerns that are not small businesses shall be considered non-responsive and will be rejected. The magnitude of construction is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Bonding will be required for this acquisition. The project is located in the NW area of Las Cruces, New Mexico within an urban area. It consists of approximately 1,900 feet of concrete "U" channel, approximately 1,900 feet of 36-inch diameter irrigation RCP, concrete rundown inlet structures, grated drop inlets, curb inlets and concrete box culverts at Madrid Avenue and Main Street. The project also includes gas, water and sewer utilities, colored concrete, a 12-foot wide asphalt maintenance road, concrete retaining walls and a grated drop arroyo inlet into the main channel.
