Pre-solicitation Notice: The work includes design development and building of a 3230 SM complex of new masonry and concrete, metal studs and light steel frame buildings for bachelor enlisted quarters, including a core services building, sidewalks, parking facilities, landscaping, roads and utilities. The facility shall comply with TI-802-04, Seismic Design for Buildings, Dec 1998. Contract completion time is 620 calendar days. The estimated construction cost is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. This procurement is unrestricted. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 1522 and the related small business size standard is $27,500,000. The contract will be awarded to the firm providing the proposal with the best value to the Government using criteria outlined in the solicitation.
