The investigations, removal, decommissioning, and test section will be performed in advance of the groundwater cutoff wall construction on the project site. This is a Request for Proposal and offers will be evaluated on the following technical basis: Specialized Company and Personnel Experience and Past Performance. All factors are of equal importance and award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer which satisfies all factors. The estimated cost range for this project is $10,000,000.00 to $25,000,000.00. This project will be available on approximately 16 August 2000 and proposals will be due on 18 September 2000 at 1630 hours local time. This project is available on compact disk only.
