The work also includes const. of new access roads and parking with crushed aggregate base, asphalt, chip seal and pavement markings; concrete steps, sidewalk curb and gutter, and precast wheel stops; post and pole fence; barrier rocks; signs; bullentin boards; rocks retaining wall; bench; and electrical distribution building systems. This project starts at the north end of Nebo Scenic Loop in Payson, Utah. Estimated issue date is 8/21/00. This procurement is between $250,000 and $500,000.
