Work will include renovation to the existing Retail Store and Canteen/Dining/Food Court Area. Ninety-five percent of work will be conducted at the University Drive site and minor renovations are for the Highland Drive site. Work includes but is not limited to general construction, involving mainly HVAC work and architectural work in addition to sprinler, electrical, fire alarm and asbestos removal work.
