The project requires the contractor to furnish and install a geomembrane liner and geotextile fabric within the existing reservoir. The project includes clearing and grubbing, excavation and backfill, construction of embankment areas, and reshaping the existing reservoir prior to installation of the new liner. Construction is planned for the Fall of 2000 but may be delayed until Spring of 2001. Estimated dollar range is from $100,000 to $250,000.
