PROJECT TITLE: IDIQ Warehouse Floor and Dock Slab Repair for Tracy DDJC, CA. This proposed contract is 100% set-aside for firms under the 8A program. The contract is limited to 8(a) firms serviced by the San Francisco SBA District Office and those firms with bona-fide branch offices within the area serviced by the San Francisco SBA District. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The project consists of an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract for miscellaneous repairs for warehouse floor slab and dock repairs. The repairs include: various crack repairs depending on size of crack, slab replacement, coating/finish removal or replacement, grinding slab for floor leveling, spall repair, joint sealant replacement, etc. The contract will be unit price with the above repairs and others as line items with estimated quantities. There will be a base year and four option years. Competition for this procurement is limited to 8A firms which have the SIC Code 1771 among their approved SIC codes. The size standard for this SIC code is $11.5 million. Estimated cost is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00.
