all labor, materials and equipment necessary to replace the existing
air handling unit #1 and its controls; and pneumatic heating controls
of the fin tube radiators in the north wing of the hanger building at
U.S. Coast Guard Group Humboldt Bay, McKinleyville, CA. 1. Disconnect
the electrical power supply of the existing, air handling unit, AHU-1.
Leave conductors in place. 2. Remove AHU-1. Remove shall include the
blower section, filter section, heating coil section, mixing box,
pneumatic control, and hot water supply and return pipe sections. 3.
Remove all the pneumatic controls, and connected pneumatic tubing to
the fin tube radiators located in the north wing of the hanger
building. 4. Provide a new air-handling unit #1. 5. Install new
electric/electronic control system. 6. Relocate one fin tube radiator.
7. Provide new thermostatic radiator valves. 8. Flush the existing
hydronic piping connected. 9. Balance the air system connected to the
new air-handling unit. The estimated cost of this procurement is
between $25,000 and $100.000.and is subject to the Small Business
Competitiveness Demonstration Program and is open to large and small
business participation. The SIC code for this procurement is 1711. Size
standard is $7.0. Performance period is 90 calendar days after receipt
of Notice to Proceed. The solicitation can be download from
