Supply all material, labor and equipment required to complete a paving and drainage project in the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment (Airborne) Warehouse Complex, Fort Campbell, KY. Install approximately 450 liner feet of new 12", 18", and 24" storm conduits and connect to existing downspouts. Install 12 new catch basins and 1 manhole. Remove an existing 24" conduit. Restore all utility trenches. Construct 5' x 60' concrete aprons at each end of 6 warehouse buildings. Grade existing graveled area to drain and construct asphalt roadways and parking areas around warehouses (approximately 10,000 square yards). Access to warehouses must be maintained throughout construction. The period of performance is 90 Calendar Days. Range for this project is $250,000 to $500,000. This procurement is 100% set aside for small businesses. The Standard Industry Classification Code is 1629 and the Small Business Size Standard is $27.5 million.
