This project consist of a base bid and three additives. The additives consist of installing automatic door opener and wireless remote actuators. Steel doors, frames, and openers will be identical to steel doors, frames, and openers currently in the facility. See Scope of Work for manufacturer information. Award may be made to the bidder having the lowest total of the base bid and a combination of additive items.
