Road construction and erosion control at Training Area 8 Flight Landing Strip. Construction includes installation of a new gravel road with realignment and upgrade of portions of an existing dirt trail running along side of Landing Strip. Construction also includes installation of drainage ditches, silt traps, and re-vegetation of barren and/or eroded areas within the project site. The period of performance is 60 calendar days. Forth coming contract will be firm-fixed price. The estimated range for this project is $25,000 to $100,000. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for Small Business. For the purpose of determining Small Business size, SIC 1629 for this acquisition the average annual receipts of concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years must not exceed $27.5 million.
