This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared iaw the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This acquisition and the incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-17. This is a Small Business Set Aside with a Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code of 3732 or 5155 with 500 or less employees. This RFQ is for 1 each 26 ft Aluminum River boat w/trailer. A detailed description is as follows: hull dimensions and construction -- all welded .100 gauge aluminum construction, commercial rib structure, 10 inch on center spacing, Semi-V 6 degree V bottom, tunnel hull, slant sided tunnel, 18 inches wide at top, twin knee braces on transom, 21 inch transom, 26 ft in length, bottom width 70 inches, beam 98 inches, side depth 30 inches, weight capacity-3,185 lbs, bow and stearn eyes, non-skid marine floorboards, foam floatation, 500 gph or greater bilge pump, navigation lights, zolotone painted interior, imron painted exterior. Interior configuration -- mid hull mounted welded walk-thru windshield, morse steering system, twin box style pedestal seats (w/storage), dual battery system, accessory switch panel, 42 gallon fuel system w/dual aluminum saddle tanks, racor fuel filter/water separator, full canvas top. Motor -- 130 HP "four" stroke outboard motor with prop, with controls, tachometer, and CMC hydraulic lift. Trailer -- EZ loader type, tandem axle trailer (min 5800 lb load rated) with side guides. note: boat fully rigged and test ran before delivery.
