EVALUATION PROCEDURES-In accordance with FAR Clause 52.212-2, the following factors are added to paragraph (a): Offerors price and past performance shall be evaluated. Past performance and cost shall be evaluated in accordance with the procedures in FAR Part 15.305. Award shall be made to the offer that is most advantageous to the Government based on price and past performance. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract to the responsible offeror whose proposal, conforming to the items listed herein, will be the most price advantageous to the Government. Award will be on an all-or-none basis with respect to the listed items.
