70 -- HP 9000 MAINTENANCE SUPPORT SERVICES SOL AIC: ISO000000643 POC Shirley Alexander, Contract Specialist, (703) 810-4789 or Carol Dickerson, Contracting Officer, (703) 810-8825 The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) has a requirement to provide hardware remedial and preventive maintenance with software support services for the HP 9000 computer. The HP 9000 computer provides computer support for the Centralized Accounting Financial Resource Management System (CAFRMS) and Mailing Address and Labeling System. The maintenance contract will provide software support with remedial and preventive maintenance of all hardware components associated with the HP9000. This support service provides 4-hour on-site response, 24 hours, 7 days a week. The HP 9000 must be operational 24/7 in order to provide the required support. This computer support includes the updating the CAFRMS database, processing daily and monthly reports to provide the Finance Management Office and Agency managers with the necessary tools to manage the Agency's budget and provide payment for its contractual obligations. The RFQ is being issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside in accordance with FAR 19.502-2. Requests for the RFQ must be in writing and must cite the AIC number. All requests must be received in this office no later than 2:00 p.m. on 11 August 2000.
