87 -- INDEFINITE-QUANTITY CONTRACT FOR FISH FOOD SOL 401810Q233 DUE 091100 POC Shirley Fry, Contract Specialist An Indefinite-Quantity contract is required for furnishing and delivering closed diet commercial fish food to various fish hatcheries located in Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee. The policies in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation, evaluation and award prescribed in Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, will be used for the acquisition of the fish food.
