Box 33932, Shreveport, LA 71130, contractor to conduct a series of focus groups with Medicare clinicians and their staffs, specifically minority clinicians practicing in rurual and semi-rural areas. Focus goups shall include representation from rural practicies with predominantly African American Medicare Patients, as well as representation from minority clinicians. The focus groups shall identify low-cost incentives to increase use of the Internet and hcfa.gov in practices and institutions, as specified above. These incentives will include: continuing education credits, calendars, screen savers and other software, chat rooms information on bill status, patient education material and foreign language material. If there are no affirmative written responses received withing fifteen (15) calendar days from the published date of this notice a purchase order shall be awarded.
