The areas of the solicitation described below contain changes. Changes are highlighted. It is the offeror's responsibility to search the document for all changes. a. Section B: changes were made under paragraph B.12 and have been highlighted. b. Section B, Excel Spreadsheets: the formulas under column F, Annual Price (Monthly X 12) have been changed, specifically on SubCLIN 008AB -- Contract Phase-Out Transition Support and all the SubCLINs under 0009 -- Technical Support. Other changes have been made under SubCLINs 0002AE and 0002AF (revised the unit of issue from "event" to "feature"). In addition, SubCLINs have been added under item 0003 -- Ancillary Equipment and changes have also been made under CLIN 0006 -- DTS Training. Mentioned changes occurred in the base year, each of the option years, and the Summary Page spreadsheet and have been highlighted. c. Section C, Statement of Work (SOW), has changes throughout the document and have been highlighted. Specifically, note changes under paragraphs C.5 -- Seat Definition, C.7.3 -- Systems Engineering, C.7.5.1 -- Site Preparation, C.8.1 -- Help Desk, Table C.2a -- Non Bundled Services, Table C.3 -- Management Report Frequency, C.8.10.11 -- Recurring Performance Standards Reports, C.9.2 -- Transition Plan, Table C.4 -- Transition Events and Projected Completion Dates, C.11 -- Training, C.11.2 -- Management Systems Training, and C.11.3 -- New Site and Upgrade Training. d. Section F: changes were made under Table F-1.Deliverables and have been highlighted. e. Section G: changes were made under G.2.3 -- Designated Agency Representative (DAR), G.5 -- Invoice Requirements and G.8 -- Invoice Dispute Resolution. All changes have been highlighted. f. Section H: changes occurred under H.7 -- New, Improved, or Additional Services (Technology Refreshment Included), H.22 -- Contractor Interfaces, H.27 -- Insurance, H.30 -- Product Substitutions and H.31 -- Special Projects. g. Section J, Table of Contents, page J-2, add "J.28 Attachment AB -- ACD Configuration, page 302", after J.27 Attachment AA. Replace only page J-2 with the enclosed revised one. h. Section J, J.15 Attachment O -- Wage Determination: replace the entire section with the attached. Due to an oversight, when the section was revised via Amendment 0003, the erroneous amendment number and date were stated on pages J-126-J-128. i. Section L: changes were made under paragraph L.11.2 -- Volume II -- Management/Technical Proposal and have been highlighted. j. The proposal due date has not been changed. k.
